Made in Europe
All our superwash-treated merino yarns should be machine washed using a gentle cycle. Here are additional tips for caring for this yarn:
- Wash separately on a gentle cycle at 40ºC with a light spin (around 800rpm).
- Use detergents without enzymes or optical brighteners.
- Never use fabric softener, as it can make the wool fibers too soft and cause them to slide apart.
- Avoid leaving the garment wet in the washing machine for extended periods.
- To dry, shape the garment and lay it flat, preferably on a warm bathroom floor or a drying rack in a well-ventilated room.
- Do not hang or expose it to direct sunlight. Avoid direct ironing; always place a damp cloth between the iron and the garment.
Note: If your project combines this yarn with another, follow the washing instructions for the most delicate yarn used.
The weight/length may vary ±10%. The color may vary slightly depending on the dye lot or your monitor/screen set up.

Yarn Story
Super Soft Merino
This extremely soft merino was created for both beginners and experienced knitters and crocheters. This "Double Knitting" yarn gives a soft feel to the finished garment and provides an excellent experience working with it.
Merino Yarns
Merino yarns are prized for their versatility, often used in knitting and weaving to create high-quality clothing, accessories, and activewear. The yarns are also durable and resist pilling, ensuring long-lasting, comfortable garments. Merino’s ability to absorb dyes well results in rich, vibrant colors, making it a top choice for both practical and luxurious textile projects.
What is Merino?
Merino is a premium wool fiber sourced from Merino sheep, renowned for its exceptional softness, fine texture, and elasticity. Unlike regular wool, Merino fibers are much finer, making yarns incredibly soft and gentle against the skin, even for those sensitive to wool. This wool is highly breathable, moisture-wicking, and insulating, making it ideal for a wide range of garments, from lightweight summer clothes to cozy winter wear.
